SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage and develop projects.
2. Directing execute projects with highly complicated full scope media: Branding, Performance, Content/Creative.
3. Working with related departments (Creative & Production) and customers to produce the right product for the project.
4. Providing direction for the team to execute projects and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management.
5. Documenting client design briefings, understanding them in the context of the current or proposed brand essence and current market situation.
6. Managing client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
7. Being responsible for the effectiveness of communication activities & services consulted and provided to customers.
8. Joining and winning client pitching project independently under support of AM / AD / BOD.
9. Acting as a client representative through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs.
10. Building & developing strong relationships with clients team & acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to sharing knowledge and skill set.
11. Ensuring Innovative and Effective Advertising.
12. Ensure that Creative or Performance personnel receive assignments that clearly describe the Client’s needs and Agency plan approach, and that they get the information they need to complete their assignment effectively.
13. Creating an environment in which the Creative Team is motivated to deliver innovative concepts and executions.
14. Evaluating creative fairly, recognizing good advertising and its ability to influence performance.
15. Mentoring 2-3 Executives & Providing clear roadmap, guidance and individual coaching and feedback stretching to achieve goals.
16. Preparing Analysis and Reports.

REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 02 years of experience as an account executive/ relevant position.
2. Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
3. Microsoft office skills: word, excel, PowerPoint.
4. Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a project team.
6. Good management with internal & external processes.
7. Reliable/good at hitting deadlines.
8. Multi-tasker.
9. Supportive, fun and doesn’t like gossip.

SALARY & BENEFIT
1. Salary: Negotiable
