2. Planning & Execution: Work with Strategic Planner to develop proposals (Insights, key message, tagline, content pillar, article outline, demo post, community topic…)
3. Work with Account team to create and follow a strict Content Plan for Digital, Social & CRM for each client.
4. Work with design team to come up with efficient visual works including KV, Social Post, EDM, Digital banner, …
5. Receive customer feedbacks, improve content & generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
6. In charge of all content for every projects of the company.
7. Quality control outsourcing and freelancing.
8. Manage team: Manage & build up team members.
9. Train and advise team members in various kinds of content (Facebook posts, scripts, PR articles, CRM message, and other online content…)
• Knowledge & experiences
1. 5+ years working experience in an advertising agency. Have experience in related positions is great. Willing to grow and thrive is gorgeous.
2. Generate (through the line, integrated) ideas and move them forward.
3. Proficiency in Vietnamese, specifically in using Vietnamese grammar, specially in using repeated, onomatopoeia, pictographic Vietnamese words.
4. Knowledge in communication and marketing, especially digital marketing.
5. General social awareness about but not limited to economy growth, consumers, culture, ect.
6. Proficiency in English (high intermediate).
7. Planning Skill.
8. Leadership Skill .
9. Proficiency in MS Office using, especially word, power point and excel.
